Every paw deserves a little ta‑da
PawTada started with a familiar scene: a shoebox of vaccination certificates, three vet-portal logins, a pill bottle on the counter, and a group chat asking "did anyone feed her?" The pets were deeply loved. Their care was deeply scattered.
We're Tech Runners, a small product studio, and we build PawTada to be the one place that holds a pet's whole life together — health records, medications, routines, appointments, expenses, memories, and every person who helps. Not another portal. The home.
The name is the point. "Ta‑da" is the moment the crumpled certificate becomes a clean timeline entry, the moment the sitter has everything she needs from one link, the moment the vet visit starts prepared instead of apologetic. Care is work; PawTada exists to end each piece of that work with a small, satisfying flourish.
We're in early access and honest about it. What you see on this site is the real interface, the sample data is labeled, and the roadmap — a richer membership, the Smart Tag, the Essentials collection — ships when it's genuinely ready, not when a countdown timer says so.

No fake anything
No invented testimonials, no fabricated user counts, no pretend scarcity. If a number appears on this site, it's real; if we don't have it yet, we say so.
Your data is yours
Export everything in one structured file whenever you want. Ask us to delete it and we do. A pet's record should outlive any app — including ours.
Never a veterinarian
PawTada organizes and prepares; it does not diagnose or dose. Anything health-adjacent points you to a professional first — especially when it sounds urgent.
Privacy is structural
Household walls are enforced in the database, not just the interface. Share links expire, count their views, and revoke in one tap.
Honest states everywhere
Empty screens explain themselves, errors help you recover, and nothing pretends to work when it doesn't. Early access means honest about what's built.
Physical products earn their place
We'll only make objects that improve the care — and we'll only sell them when manufacturing, fulfillment, and returns are genuinely ready.
